From Mid October thru Late November The Charter Boat CONFUSION journeys to the offshore glacial limestone reefs of Lake Michigan for some of the finest Lake Trout, Brown Trout & Mixed Bag fishing of the year. Lakers are spawning this time of the year and are very aggressive to bite. On Full Day Charters we generally fish for Lake Trout & then go in search of Kings, Browns, Coho Salmon & Steelhead. This is one of my favorite times of the year. The weather can be interesting in the Fall & I recommend preparedness on what clothing to bring along. Check out my weather links, The CONFUSION & Confusion Too are located in North Point Marina (1 hour north of Chicago) at this time of the year to be closer to the spawning reefs and deep water for the best fishing chances available.
